Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: Broken mobile phone
I am writing to complain about a mobile phone I bought from your shop in Valjevo on March 3rd. The mobile phone is Sony Ericsson K770I, and the number of the mobile is SE 53-042. When I got home I tried to switch it on, but a switch on and off was broken because when I push it, it won’t go down.
I took the mobile phone back to your shop and the assistant asked me if I had a receipt. I said that I had it.
The assistant then looked at the mobile phone but he couldn’t make it work. However, he refused to give me my money back and said that I should come earlier, because they don’t accept any complaints after 7 days from buying it.
I would like you to refund my money or exchange the mobile phone with a new one. Please reply to me at the address or telephone number above.
