Dear Sir,

On March 13th I bought a mobile phone in your shop. The mobile phone is Nokia express music 5310. When I got home I tried to turn it on, but it did not work.

The next day I went to the store to take my money back, or to exchange the mobile phone with a new one. When I gave a receipt to the shop assistant, he refused to give me my money back or exchange the mobile phone.

I would appreciate if you could help me, and exchange the mobile phone, or give me my money back. You can replay to me at the address, or telephone number on the top.
