Letter of Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam
I have bought a mobile phone last Tuesday in your shop but it doesn’t work. I still have a bill. On Wednesday morning I came back to the shop to see if I can return the phone and get my money back,but employe turned me off. He didn`t want to give me my money back.What should I do now with a broken mobile phone?So I decided to lodge a complaint.Phone wasn`t cheap at all so I think you should take it back and return me back my money. Employee in shop was very rude and he didn`t think at all about my offer. He didn`t even asked me to give me a new phone or try to fix this one! I really don`t want to sue you, so I hope you will give me my money back or give me a new mobile phone.
