Letter of complaint

Last week I bought a mobile phone but when I got home it did not want to work. I was so disappointed but in that moment I remembered that I have got the receipt.

I went back to the shop and asked the shop assistant to refund my money but he refused. I was very angry and I wanted to punch the shop assistant. I told him that I want to talk to the owner of the shop. He called the owner and he said that he is going to come. After fifteen minutes he came to the shop and asked what the problem was. I told him everything and he said that he is going to refund the money. I was so happy and there was nothing to worry about.
It was a very strange day.
